Roof repairs in Mallorca
Leak repairs, roof tiles and roofing to protect your home.
A roof in poor condition ends up damaging everything underneath: ceilings, walls and furniture. That is why it is worth checking before stains start to appear.
I repair tiled roofs and build new ones, from replacing a few broken tiles to redoing a whole roof. You can see some finished roofs on the projects page.
What is included
- Leak repairs
- Replacing and laying roof tiles
- New tiled roofs
- Waterproof membrane under the tiles
When should the roof be checked?
- Leaks or damp patches appear on the ceiling after it rains.
- Roof tiles are broken, have slipped or have fallen after a storm.
- Plants are growing between the tiles or rainwater does not run off properly.
- The roof is many years old and you would rather renew it before it causes trouble.
How I work
Roof inspection
I come and look at the state of the tiles and the roof. If you send me photos first, I can already give you an idea.
Free quote within 48 hours
I explain whether a repair is enough or part of it should be redone, and what each option costs.
The repair
I remove the damaged tiles, fix what is underneath and leave the tiles properly laid again, with no gaps for water to get in.
No mess left behind
I bring the rubble down, clean around the house and we go over the work together.
All of Mallorca
Where I work
I repair roofs all over Mallorca. If a leak has already damaged the inside, I then repair the ceiling and paint it, so you do not need to call anyone else.
