Whole houses and flats
Full home renovation in Mallorca
A complete job with timings and price in writing, from start to finish.
A full renovation means updating a whole home, or nearly all of it: layout, floors, bathrooms, services and decoration. It is the kind of job where who runs it makes the biggest difference.
With over 30 years in construction, I know the order each trade has to follow. I do the building work, floors and finishes myself, and trusted companies I work with handle the plumbing and electrics.
What is included
- Demolition and rubble removal
- Building work: partition walls and wall repairs
- Floors and tiling
- Plumbing and electrics, with partner companies
- Painting and finishes
When does a full renovation make sense?
- You have bought an older property and want it to your taste before moving in.
- The house has old pipes and wiring, damp and worn floors all at once.
- You want to change the layout: join rooms, open the kitchen onto the living room or add a bathroom.
- You would rather do everything at once than keep fixing things every year.

Gracias, Gustavo.
