Bathroom renovation in Mallorca
Your complete bathroom: I do the tiling and finishes, and partner companies handle the plumbing and electrics.
A bathroom renovation brings several trades together in a small space: stripping out the old one, new pipes, lighting and tiling. When each trade works separately, the job drags on and nobody answers for the whole.
With me you deal with one person. I do the tiling and building work myself; trusted companies I work with do the plumbing and electrics. I coordinate everyone so each trade comes in at the right time.
What is included
- Swapping the bath for a shower tray
- Tiling walls and floor
- Plumbing: pipes, drains, taps and fittings, with partner companies
- Electrics: lighting and sockets, with partner companies
- Ceiling painting and finishing
When is it time to renovate the bathroom?
- The bath is no longer comfortable and you would rather have an easy-to-use shower.
- There is damp, there are broken tiles or the grout will not come clean any more.
- The pipes are old and you want to replace them before they cause problems.
- The bathroom looks dated and you want to bring it up to date.
How I work
We look at the bathroom together
You tell me how you use it and what bothers you about it now, so the quote fits what you actually need.

Each trade in turn
First the old bathroom comes out, then plumbing and electrics go in, and finally the tiling and finishing.
Ready to use
I clear up and we check the taps, drains, grout and lights together.
