What data we use
Only what you give us when you contact us through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, town, email (if you give it), a description of the job and any photos you send.
We do not ask for any special category data. Please make sure your photos do not show people or documents with personal details.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- If you accept the quote, to organise the work, keep in touch with you and issue invoices.
We do not profile you, make automated decisions or send you advertising.
Legal basis
- Your consent, when you contact us and send us your details (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote, and performing the contract if you accept it (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep it
- If we do not end up doing the job: up to 12 months from your last contact.
- If you become a client: for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, 4 years for tax and 6 years for commercial purposes).
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (for example, with the Spanish Tax Agency).
- Partner companies: if you hire us for a job that includes plumbing or electrical work, the plumbing or electrical companies we work with only receive the details they need to do their part.
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to serve it. Transfers to the US are covered by GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, that app (Meta) processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Quote form: it is not stored on any server of this website: sending it opens WhatsApp with the message you wrote, and it only reaches us if you tap «Send» there.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), to know how many people visit the website and which pages they view. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not identify you and only gives us aggregate figures. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR). More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/.
- Google Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited (with Google LLC, United States) gives us visit figures (pages viewed, country, device). Cookies are installed only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR); if you decline, nothing from Google is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Transfers to the US are covered by GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, request portability and withdraw your consent, without affecting anything done before you withdraw it.
Write to us at [email protected] or Calle de l'Almirall Oquendo, 7A, 07609 Badia Gran, Llucmajor (Islas Baleares), stating which right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
