Water and drains
Plumbing in Mallorca
Installations, repairs and plumbing for your renovation, with plumbing companies I work with.
The plumbing is done by trusted plumbing companies I work with. I coordinate it with the rest of the job, so you only have one person to ask.
It is the first thing to get clear in a renovation: where the water runs, where the drains go and where the sanitary ware will sit.
What is included
- Water pipes and drains
- Fitting taps, sanitary ware and shower trays
- Connections for washing machine and dishwasher
- Water heater installation
- Leak repairs
This service is carried out by trusted companies I work with, and I coordinate the job.
When should the plumbing be looked at?
- You are renovating the bathroom or kitchen and the pipes are many years old.
- Damp patches appear on walls or ceilings and you do not know where they come from.
- You want to swap the bath for a shower tray or move a basin.
- You need new connections for a washing machine, dishwasher or water heater.
How I work
We see what needs changing
During the visit we look at the state of the pipes and what you want to move or add.
One single quote
Free and within 48 hours, covering the plumbing and the work needed to open and close walls, all together.
Plumbing before closing up
The plumbing company does its part while the wall is open and, once that is finished, I close it and tile it myself.
Checked with you
Before we finish, we test the taps, drains and cisterns together.

Where I work
I arrange plumbing work all over Mallorca, mostly as part of renovations, with a partner company. If the lighting needs work too, I coordinate the electrics with the electrical company.
