Repairs, partition walls, renovations and building work across the island.

I started in construction at 18, and building work is the foundation of everything I do. If the base is done properly, whatever goes on top of it lasts.

I take on anything from small repairs to the building side of a complete renovation. Some of my clients have been calling me for over 20 years. To me, that says more than any advert.

When do you need a builder?

A partition wall needs putting up or knocking down to change the layout.
A wall, an outdoor staircase or a low garden wall has deteriorated.
Walls and floors need preparing before tiling or painting.
You have a repair waiting and cannot find anyone to take on a small job.

How I work

Tell me about the job
By phone, on WhatsApp with photos or during a visit. For small repairs, a few photos are often enough.
Quote within 48 hours
Free and with no obligation, with the price and how long it will take.
A tidy site
I take the rubble away and do not leave materials lying around at the end of the day.
Finishing off
We go over the work together. If it then needs painting or plasterboard, I can do that too.

Where I work

I do building work all over Mallorca, both inside the home and in patios, walls and gardens. If the job grows, I can take on the complete full renovation.
